Yes the online store has been open, just nothing available

Edit-The online store has been up since the game came out fellas! There just hasnt been anything to buy on it

I can't ATM mate sorry but on the xbox games store it now says IS NOW OPEN! where as before I'm pretty sure that too said coming soon

I'm not trying to argue or anything, buuuutttttt...they could have released it to some places already and be releasing it slowly to few players so they do not crash like they said they are afraid of.

The Rockstar store or whatever they want to call it has been up since release. It's just nothing is on it.
