Today the Senate has reached a deal to end the shutdown.
No more speculation to be had as to what is going to happen.

Everybody on here is stupid first off the longest government shutdown was 21 days so it most likely won't last any longer. Also it's not obamas fault. a government shutdown is where the republican and democrats come up with a budget plan for 2014 it starts oct 1st that's why on oct 1st the government shutdown because they couldn't decide on a budget plan. Secondly, it doesn't effect anybody but the military and people who work for national parks and every thing that's shut down currently. 3rd the congress is still getting paid because there the ones who has to fix this and let's say you work construction and your boss says you have to build this building for the city but your not getting paid, your not gonna do it unless your stupid as f*ck. Obama has not once got offered a budget plan yet because of congress and the republicans and I say republicans because there still fighting Obama care and it's already in motion they can't stop it so blame congress and republicans.

Government shutdown is to see the reaction of americans and to somehow bend this action to make them plea for help from their Government, gradually asking for someone to take control of their life and help them. That is what the Government wants, they will never intentionally just "Shut Down" the Government because of something happening... they do it to strike fear and take control. It's the same thing with the EBT cards.

Considering I am still a teenager its still hard for me to really know why our government is shutting down but I dont know why they shut it down when we are in heaps of trouble already.
