If you don't mind could you briefly summarize your complaint to Paypal so I can do the same, I paid 20 for some FIFA Points.

X-Pac wrote Spoke with EA and they refuse any compensation rather they say everything is fine.

I will just put in a dispute through Paypal since that seems like the way to go.

I contacted EA by logging in, clicking contact us, putting in a question, then click more solutions > contact game advisor.

I actually only got a 15% off code any EA game.
