Anybody have any idea when GTA Online will work smoothly?. Without me spawning 50ft in the air with a 'temporary' character because it can't connect to their stupid cloud servers. Starting to be aggravating.

Maybe if rock star just shut the whole of online down completely then got enough servers to support 5 million going online at once, then it would work.
