What is your budget and currency? About $900
Do you need a monitor? Yes
Do you need a keyboard? Yes
Do you need a mouse? Yes
Do you need an operating system? No
What will you use the PC for? Gaming, Web browsing, and things like Word.

I'm pretty inexperienced with this kind of stuff and was wondering if anyone could help me out. Budget is around $900 with everything like the monitor, Os, mouse and such included. A somewhat portable case would be a plus for me too.
EDIT: My friend told me he has an extra Win 7, so I won't be needing one.

As you requested, it's a portable build. The mATX motherboard and Micro ATX case makes it more portable. If you didn't want a portable build you could of got a bit more performance out of it.

I'm not sure if the 7870 would fit inside that case so I'd check the dimensions of that before buying.

I wouldn't be overclocking on that motherboard if I were you. If you do want to overclock then drop the 8320 to a 6300.

It doesn't necessarily have to be ' portable', the case just can't be huge. What I'm trying to get at is that it should be as small as possible without affecting performance to much.
