motherboard-Gigabyte Ga-H61M-S2pv($55)
Hard Drive-Western digital 500GB ($60.05)
Ram-corsair 4GB single module 1600mhz Cl9 ($21)
Graphics Card-Gigabyte nVidia GTX 550 TI ($119)
Case Psu included-Termeltake black versa II Mid tower Chassis With 500W ($72)

Can I add anything more to it?????

for a casual gamer yes, run on medium to low, really need an i5 and around a 650 for a decent rig.

Can it run games? Yes.
Will it run games well? No.

To be honest you're better off upgrading the mobo as it's something you don't want to skimp on, look at maybe a Z87. As well your CPU is pretty much about to go out of date, you're also better off upgrading to an i5 4670k, and adding 8gb's of RAM.

I saw your thread about having $800 to spend and here is a build for $750. Your current build will barely run any games with the dated processor and weak GPU.

get a amd octicore processor cheaper then intel but works better

As that build comes to around 450USD here is one that would give you more up to date hardware and a few upgrade options. Before anyone moans about the 550w PSU, it's MIR makes it a few dollars more than a 430w Corsair one.

You don't need a high-end CPU for gaming.

Overkill PSU, 7950 > 760 for less.

i5s will wipe the floor with the AMD 8-cores in most tasks, but they're great for the price. By no means are they better.
