Step 1 : Get Money

Step 2 : Buy a Property

Step 3 : After you finish buying a property , call the mechanic ! <-- Very Important

Step 4 : After you are done calling the mechanic , do a mission that pops up on your phone.

Step 5 : Once you are done with the mission go back to free mode and switch to one of your single player characters. Now your property should be successfully saved and you shouldn't have problems losing it.






What works for me is to buy the house,go to the garage, then go to the Online tab in the pause menu and leave GTA Online.

READ DESCRIPTION:
Step 1: Delete your already made character.
Step 2: Dashboard the game.
Step 3: Go to Console Settings & then to Storage.
Step 4: Scroll down to GTA V storage and Delete the Title Update.
Step 5: Clear your system Cache. (Press Y when on Storage)
Step 6: Re-download the Title Update if prompted.
Step 7: Load up the game and re-make your character.
Step 8: Enjoy GTA ONLINE without random lag & timing out.

This worked for me right away, other people had to do it twice, but it is worth it.

How to lose cops

Click Start
Go to Store tab then click a-a-a until you get into where asks about buying Mirco money then back out of that menu and should be lost


Update --HOW to get jets / airplanes also if you goto the airpot in blaine county there is a airplane and heli spawn there
