The Update is Online now for PS3 and Rockstar is working to get it online for the 360.

Yuppie. I just now literally got the update.
I hope everything is sorted put now

EDIT: It worked. I hope that everyone gets the same results.

My results: My character uploaded. I joined a session very easily. And etc..

I hope you all enjoy GTA V.
