I just restored my Acer using the eRecovery to set my Desktop to its Factory Settings.
When it launched it was alright, i had change to download a antivirus, then i was unistalling the junk apps you get, and it took ages so i restarted it, when i put my password in a black screen with a moving curser comes up?
I can CTRL + ALT + DELETE but im not sure where to go from there?
Can someone help me and make it clear? Im not good at this stuff :/
Thanks so much!

I would not touch the computer for safety reasons or if you just want to fix it yourself switch of the Wi-Fi on your pc then once its on the loading screen keep pressing F8 on the keybored till it says repair mode
if this does not work just take it back to the shop to get it repaired sorry if this did not help

that a weird thing to happen, it might be as you have uninstalled something important by mistake. id redo the factory reset, if you cant then do as ItzMatt1995 suggested with f8 to system repair
