If your not on the correct dash you may have an update from xboxlive. If you are on the newest dash 16537 and you are trying to connect to live with exbls accept the update from live.. ( most likely avatar update)

If you're on the latest dashboard and when you try to sign in it gives you an update, accept it.

It's probably just the avatar update, make sure you're on the latest dash first.
