I just want to know so I can get all these levels i'm only level 10 and have 110k and ive been playing for about 5 hours

I would like to know as well. So far I think grinding the mission called violent duct is the fastest way for cash and levels.

easiest thing to do is either do some racing or replay missions with high rp. i went from level 11-15 in about 2 hours

I think the 9k glitch is the best overall
9k in 1-2 minutes

I'm at level 40 because of this mission. It's by far the easiest, and quickest method for getting both RP and $$$$

do 1 lap races on your own, no cash but rp every race,
do the small races like the airport, the airbase & the prison.
