It's called social engineering.
You have to be persuasive enough so they believe you. Be professional and don't act like a child when you're talking to a rep.

na shudnt do i mean ea already messed up this year and wen ive been talking to them in every chat they have sent me a new discount code every time lol so shud be easy talk about the community and that were counting on them but they still havent sorted it. It usually works 95% of the time
