I'm sure most people (myself included) would look at this and laugh...

That is the recommended serving size for a bowl of cereal. About a handful!

I know they say: "Oh if you eat more than this you'll become obese and you should use low-fat milk and semi-skimmed milk or water etc..."

BULLSHlT!

First of all... Eating about 200g of cereal won't make you fat, excess calories will.
Secondly... Whole milk is just as, if not more nutritious than semi-skimmed or low fat milk. Those milks are far more processed and loaded with artificial vitamins and minerals.

Long story short, eat as much cereal as you like. As long as you don't go over your calorie limit and eat healthy, you'll be fine

That serving is pathetic mine is however much the bowl I'm using can hold.

I'm perfectly healthy (other than the fact that I'm sick right now) in general, and I eat bowls of cereal about five or six times bigger than that portion ever morning. If that's all I ate in the morning before college I would die! It's pathetic the extremes people go to, to be "healthy". Just eat what you like and excersize frequently. Even three to four times a week is fine!

i tend two have to over filled bowls for break fast, and im rather slim, so this thing of dont eat to much of it is just rubbish

It could be for people who want to work things out on a smaller scale, I mean 60g 120g etc

But I have never read the GDA in my life

That made me cry, but when I'm in my weight lifting diet I eat about 2 bowls packed with kashi lol
