This method involves ONLY 2 players.

Steps
1. Have you or your partner start a race (Taking off or Wingin' it. These races are both located at the airport)
2. You must set it on standard race and have only 1 lap.
3. Complete the race using whatever cars you like. Winner gets: 2,000 and the loser gets: 1,000.
4. Alternate between who loses and wins.
Note: This method will also unlock Customization Parts for your car type and you will also be able to rank up pretty quickly.

No I think the grove street one gets you a good amount of xp
