Yes, I used modio. Basically , you need to open this in Modio, then copy and paste your profile ID and Console ID. Then use your Transfer Cable with Xport or Xplorer(Don't need JTAG) and put this file in the correct folder. I'm sure theres tons of youtube videos on it. (Its very easy just search MW2 modded campaign). No need to download their files, mines right here and is guaranteed to be clean.
