I mean I have always dreamed about something bad happening to me like one time I was in a really bad car accident and I was telling people my last goodbyes as I was trapped under the car and right as I said my last goodbye to that last person, I woke up

so iv always wondered about this whole topic. I believe its possible but only in certain terms.

I believe that in some vivid dreams the brain experiences what is happening in the dream, or at least a fragment of it. So if the body is put under alot of stress in the dream, your body being asleep will be affected by that.

Over the last 3 or so years, maybe 4 times, iv had really bad dreams, most i have come to the moment of dying and some iv been knocked unconsious. At these points i have woken up, BUT i have woken up out of breath, sweating etc...

SO i think it is possible, but there person would of had to experience something really bad in there dream.

I have never though deeply into "dying in your sleep"

But, I do believe you can die in your sleep.

Just my opinion.

I always come close to dying but never do, the second before your about to haha its really weird

you cannot dies in your dreams, well, you can, but you wont be able to post here...

I have jumped out of planes, buildings and nearly killed by pumpkins, terminators, ghosts etc, but I wake up before I die lol

I never really thought about this, but its true that you can't die in your sleep. Now its impossible to know that if you do die in your sleep you die in real life aswell because nobody would be able to tell the story.

Cool thing to think about though.

I lucid dream and have died in my dream, fully died.
Still alive.
