are the patches like mw2? or are they used like the xrpc tool?

Mw3 uses xrpc tools.
You need neighborhood, xbdm.xex, and rpc.xex for them to work correctly.

I have them all, but I cant get xrpc tool to open on my computer, and for mw2, I cant getvthe tools to connect to my jtag
