title says it all, and the one i can open, wont connect to jtag. i have neighborhood installed and xbdm.xex in dashlaunch. i will rep if you help.

a couple things you should try/check.
1: Check your connection
2: make sure your neighborhood is set as your default console
3: Make sure you are on correct TU update.
4: make sure your plugins are correct
