Me & my friends have been trying to get this mission for about an hour now & can't seem to get it

We've been doing every new mission Martin gives us & while we wait for him to give us some we do the gang attacks (Some people said that they unlocked it right after doing a gang attack)

We're all level 120+ so level should't be the problem

I tried for 3 hours last night and eventually got it after I did a lot of martins missions. I can't get it again though and I don't know why :/
