When i go to request a mission from Martin, he says 'I have nothing just now'. So what do i have to do in order to get him to give me that misson

I have the same problem. I'm level 76 and I never get rooftop rumble

i am level 86 and dont even have martin as a contact, how do i get him as a contact?

Stay in a free mode for awhile till you get a pop up saying "You can now call Martin to request a Job".

I agree, sometimes it takes time for you to get all the contacts. It wont happen immediately. Just cruise around or play mission that come at you.

Im level 140 and literally ALL Martin gives me is rooftop rumble, like every time no matter what, just keep trying.
