What do you mean?
You can't see when someone replies to your topic or your replies to a topic don't show up?
If it's the former, make sure this is ticked when you post something:

when you post a topic click the box labeled notify me when a post is replied

When i go into "Update your profile",i see "Email/Site notifications" and then tick the forum reply one... I dunno if that'll help, haven't tried it yet...
