Looks good but the shadow doesn't really make that much sense in relation to the established light source that's coming from the right side, at it's angle. I would think the shadow would be skewed a bit more to the right, and less transparent as it comes closer to us, since there isn't much light hitting his body as it extends towards us. I personally also think the ground should be hit a bit more towards his right side, since the intensity of the light that hits his body is so high.
There's also a bit of the ground texture that runs over the front tire of the bus.

Needs more shading on the shoe.
And I would blur the shadows a little bit.
Also, in the front windows of the bus, you need to remove the trees and stuff from the stock, and make it match the background.
