yes you have to buy it off the website because the achievement Is glitched when you buy it using the right sticks.

The only thing that could really happen is that you would lose your house. Since it is glitched I see no problem in trying to experiment it and with you doing this could help someone in the future.

my idea worked i bought a new house on my save then copied the same save off my cloud storage back to my hard drive thanks everyone for commenting and trying to help me out :]]
