its a well paying mission that you unlock in the latter levels on online play. i dont get why people feel the need to post 500 topics a day about it though

The mission is Unlocked at level 75 and given by Martin.

just scroll through the gta section there are only 200 people hosting it im sure you will get in one sooner than later.
