any1 with a flashed console went on live and updated to the new dashboard?

yes, i have. I took a step to ensure no ban though. I took out my dvd drive b4 the system downloaded the update, then replaced it after the update was finished installing. I am still on XBL with not a problem yet.

You dont and never will get banned straight away from these updates.

you will get flagged and banned later on.

c4eva is making new fw for lite touch so that it will combat the new protection in the update

just play offline till new fw is out.
