That's a lie. What if someone puts a bounty on you and people are chasing you in their personal cars? What if you're trying to get a bounty. What if you destroyed someone's car accidentally. The list goes on, but you get the point. The bad sport thing is stupid. Especially a game that's based on killing and blowing things up. You pay for their insurance anyway if you destroy that person's car. People who dislike a deathmatch or something all the time because they lose I can understand but the car way is just plain dumb.

OT: Get commends, there was a bug where if you got enough commends it would take you out of a bad sport lobby but when you go to find a new session throw you back in. I'm not sure if it's fixed or not.
