What lobby are people joining to get invisible in the game?

Its not a lobby its an in game glitch.
It goes if you go into a safe house customs or a new session.
Just a bug.

It's recovery to get that dude. The other person has to have a DEX for it or something. Ask the other modders. They will explain bit more in detail.
