So I've been trying to find a helicopter to use in Story Mode, I went to all the helicopter locations shown in Youtube videos and none are appearing, I was wondering if anyone knew when they started to show up. I'm currently at 22% for the story mode.

simply wait drive around or so and look in the air when you go there sometimes you see them landing
