^This guy knows... I'm level 121 and I camped the Mixed with Coke mission. I have over 130 hours of online play (around 98 of that has been straight missions) and have stayed up many for several nights in a row to do this. Honestly, it may not have been the way rockstar had intended people to get there, but i can say I worked hard for that rank. If all you're doing is straight missions/races for 100 game hours straight, i can nearly promise you will be close to the same rank. But if you're just going to complain that it isn't "Fair" that others are higher than you, than do something about it. Start playing more or shut up

For the people asking if you get banned for replaying missions, NO you will not. It's meant to be in the game.
