I've logged in and back out, I've reset my console, I've gone to another Los Santos yet it's still doing the same?

Do as instructed. If in the end you find yourself inside LSC without a vehicle, sign out immediately. The game will start a new campaign, sign back in. The game will start over again. Hit start and go to online, invite-only session, and then perform the steps again. Rest assured, EVERY time I have signed out and back in the glitch has worked flawlessly for me. Never before signing out and back in has it ever worked for me. Try it again.

Transferred all my money into my bank and now i believe it works!
