Probably the Adder.

I just bought it and fully upgraded it. Spent around $1.3 million in total. Was going to put some chrome and crew paint on it but I went against it, way too expensive.

I think I have spent around $1.3 million as well on the Entity as I was upgrading it as I unlocked stuff which in the long run costs more.
