EDIT: forgot to add I wouldn't mind them adding pool to online as it would be good for another mini game to play with friends.

Something small, but I think they should let you buy things to customize your apartment/garage like lights, Painting, tables and other things to make them not seem so alike.
also the ability to run in an apartment would be nice

I think you should be able to own an apartment with a garage plus another garage

Scuba diving, animals, and more sports ! Would love to have a basketball or baseball game and explore the ocean with my friends

RockStar should have put the apartments and houses so you could have your chose choice
