Can someone please give a link as to where i can find a sultan. I know there might be a couple and they might not always be there but the youtube videos i have seen don't work for me.

Hey I would look where Trevor is in the single player, Sandy Shores, that's where I found mine at least. There are a ton of them there and sometimes they can spawn at the docks.
