People arent actually getting banned for that i dont think, if you ever played Max Payne 3 which was also Rockstar they just have a cheaters pool, but dont get me wrong multiple offenders will MOST LIKELY get banned

No one have got banned yet & posted legit proof

The 2 photos iv'e seen one of them the guy said he used photo shop & the other one it said "Yes A" as if he was agreeing to be banned or not

A few people have posted pictures of them getting banned. More could have gotten banned just never posted proof.
