If your looking to transfer alot get three players and go into a private match and place a hit on the player who is helping get the person who wants the money to kill the player with the hit and just keep repeating this process.

Up to now the only way to give friends money is to share cash

You can't give much though

The 'Give Cash' feature is disabled at the moment.
People were duping cash with it so they disabled it.
