Well it is Rockstar's fault, the bunch of tw**s..

If they had actually spent more, and more time before the release of GTA:Online, then us the players wouldn't of been able to do the glitch..Money glitches are a really popular thing on games for people to use and get tonnes of money, Not our fault they couldn't be arsed!

Inifity ward/treyarch wont just ban you for doing a glitch, but R* will? Unfair R* Unfair.

Welcome to the real world !.
We all agreed to the terms of service which is a legal binding contract !.
A part of this was ..
"Do not exploit game vulnerabilities or glitches."
"Do not cheat in a game unless cheats have been deliberately enabled by the developer."

If you break the terms of sevice then R* are within their rights to punish you!.
So that being said ..
There is no argument that anybody can put forward to change the fact that many people here agreed to the terms of service and then broke the terms of service..,End of story!.

I know it sounds harsh but that is the reality of it.

exactly just play the game on your own and make money without glitching

I can't recall accepting or agreeing to any terms of service when I booted up online for the first time.

I mean, I may be wrong and there might of been terms of service, I just can't remember because of having to watch the mandatory tutorial cutscene that you can't skip over 10 times.

Their was a terms of service about exploit's..as someone has said,

But honestly i dont think any gived a f*ck about them lol!
Well i didn't i just accepted then started creating my character

Lets all think about what the money can get us online.
An apartment.
If you are rich a nice car.
Upgrade for your car
Ammo/Guns
To pay for the stupid hospital bill
And to call Merryweather etc.

Seriously if Rockstar are banning people for getting money by doing missions over and over or selling cars over and over, they are only doing this because no one will buy their stupid cash cards.

"AGREED TO THE TERMS OF SERVICE, TERMS OF USE, AND CODE OF CONDUCT. "

Who in the world reads TOS? no one, also of course people are going to exploit things if its there rock* shouldn't leave things open like that.
If you stood in front of a fat person holding a chocolate bar and said don't eat it do you think he won't eat it? of course he will because he's fat.

"Many people did it because rockstar let this happened"

The quotes above are what I read in the GTA forums today. These are ignorant people who heard of a ban wave and basically said what I wrote above.

When you first entered online you agreed to the terms and conditions. Did you guys forget about that? Oh my! Well let me refresh your memory for those who forgot, or did not read it at all.
When you entered GTA Online, you agreed to their terms and conditions as well as Xbox Live. The one part I am really interested in is this part of the document:
"Do not exploit game vulnerabilities or glitches."
"Do not cheat in a game unless cheats have been deliberately enabled by the developer."

For those who are complaining that rockstar is responsible, well guess what, they are not. You chose to exploit their vulnerable glitches. If you found this glitch then you should have reported it to rockstar so they can patch it. They found out so late because no one actually reported, they just exploited it until they reached millions of dollars. Think you are cool with all the money from your car sales. You are upset that people who replayed missions are not getting banned. Want to know why? Its because it is not exploiting, its called farming. It is not illegal in any way. (But it is boring). You guys are glitching cars and exploiting the glitch for your rank/money online. When you are rest, know this: YOU AGREED TO THE TERMS OF SERVICE, TERMS OF USE, AND CODE OF CONDUCT.

If you want to comment negatively to this, go ahead. This only means that you took advantage of glitches and is getting reset soon. Now stop ranting on this site about how dumb the ban wave will be. I understand Badsports but complaining about getting banned for car glitching is ridiculous. You exploited the game, you knew what was at stake, and now you will pay for it. Go ahead sell the game, its not like rockstar is losing any money, you already bought the game. LOL

Did i kill you in the tank i bought? Did i blow by you in my fully upgraded cars?
Or are you mad because i didn't pay your mom child support so you couldn't pre order cod ghost? You are a HOMO if you don't know that means you like men

What was that for? He's making a post about why a bunch of people need to quit complaining. You went all raging 13yr old on him because a bunch of other raging 13yr olds broke some rules...not his fault you don't realize you're wrong

I doubt they've worked on it since vice city. GTA IV release is about as far back as I'd believe..
