Varus. Hands down. If you can hit his Q, it has great poke. And hitting his R is great for CC and wins fights.

I personally never liked varus too much, Quinn is my favorite ADC, If you have a fast computer and you're able to call roles before anyone else, then I'd take jinx

in plat+ jinx isn't even in the top 15 win rates. From a diamond point of view she isn't op at all, the only thing they are nerfing about her right now is the truesight her w gives (because it's a bug that wasn't ment to happen) the reason why everyone in silver and bronze thinks she needs a nerf is because they don't realize she's made of glass and because they cant move out of the way of tiny hitbox easily dodge able skillshot. Jinx doesn't need a nerf.

Yes jinx has a lot of both utility and damage in her kit, but she's "made of glass" just like draven, the way to beat her, is to outsustain her, not outdamage her. Focus on farming and avoiding her W and E and just Poke/harass her when you can. I have yet to lose lane to a jinx and it's not because "they just suck at league" because The people I play against in ranked are top tier players as I'm diamond myself.
