That's a bug that R* said they fixed before they put this patch out but obviously did not fix it. You need to buy all the cars back. It happened to me like a week ago.

Since Rockstar seems to be fixing this atm, im not going to bother signing in until later today, the sign in might screw up everything and make me lose my cars, apartment, or even worse, my character.

No one has really found a way of getting their cars back, I would say to just leave the game and don't do any missions that way the game doesn't save. I would just sign out and try again later, just remember to not do anything such as buy cars or die. Just leave the game without doing anything and try again later. It might be that servers are just acting up. go play story mode. goodluck

Call their support number which can be found [ Register or Signin to view external links. ] depending on your region. Just ask them about it and see what they say, it'll probably be like just send in a support request or some bullsh*t. Worth a shot though.
