Microsoft is very likely not going to be giving anyone account bans for a simple glitch in a game. They are reserved more for hackers etc. Being on my 3rd account, (first 2 banned until Dec. 31 9999) I have a good idea of what would be a ban-able offense. My guess it that R* just wants to scare people into not glitching in the future.

If you been banned multiple times than yeah you might get a account permanently banned.

First ban was Marketplace Fraud and 2nd was a load of BS reasons
