hey guys ive been wondering what the difference is between Epoch & Overwatch & Vanilla ?

Epoch has basebuilding and currency. It's quite advanced.
Overwatch is more of a PVP mod. Once you spawn it you'll get a weapon almost right away, if you don't already spawn with one. You'll usually spawn with a Kar98k or a Lee Enfield.
Vanilla DayZ is just good old DayZ. No base building, no nothing. Just survive.

Also each one has somewhat different vehicles.
