You need to get a friend and go in an invite only session.
Then have your friend get into a car and then choose a mission over his cell phone. He will then disappear out of the car. You then go to the car and press Y. Your friend should appear again but in paused mode, you have to shoot him in the had, it wont kill him but your shooting skill will increase. The friend has to stay in the mission until your skill is maxed out.
If you want to boost this skill message GT: Just your Bro
