I have been console banned and was wondering if i bought a new Xbox and recovered my account on that would my new Xbox be banned to? or would i not be able to recover it anyway because the account is banned?

BTW THE ACCOUNT IS BANNED

if the account is not banned you could use it on a new console and they will not ban you

try signing into the account through xbox . com to see if it banned

No it wont get banned but you will not be able to use the banned account online (Obviously)
so you will only be able to play games offline on that account

Plus you wont be able to recover it you will only be able to transfer it across using a usb stick

You can't even sign into banned accounts, so they're useless. The account can not be played offline or even signed into.

But i use my banned account on my RGH is it only on RGH's that you can use them offline
