Survival seems like the most logical way to get your shooting up I guess...

i did lots of survivals, its fun and it ranks up your shooting. Plus if you make it to high rounds you get lots of xp and moolah

SHOOTING RANGE! Maxed it in an hour.

Just repeat the first shooting challenge with an Assault Shotgun. Quite fun if you can get a friend to play it with you also.
