Me & my friend have spent like 3 hours looking for a cargo bob & can't find one spawn anywhere

I'm level 298 if level matters where they spawn, We have check all the airports, a lot of the helicopter pads & tried calling Lester to find a helicopter & its never a cargo bob

they used to spawn at the airport and sandy shores when your flying skill was like half, i cant seem to get it anymore either

They spawn at the Airstrip where Trevor's hanger is.

Im around the same level and you can only find them spawning at the one hospital

Fly out and back there again if it isn't there ( it takes a few thousand trys but its worth it)!
