some guy wants proof of something so ive taken a picture on my phone and gone onto but there is no button to add attachments how do i add images?

You have to upload the images to a image sharing website (tinypic, imgur) then link them the image. Attachments would take up waaay too much disk space for the server.

Since your using a phone, you'll have to use a photo upload site, such as photobucket
If you were on a PC you could just use Gyazo or Lightshot.
