They will probably have the IP addresses of people they have banned, so as soon as you sign up again it will just ban you. Or it may not let you sign up again at all.

I'm not actually banned from ebay, im just banned from selling :S

Couldn't I bypass in anyway or

No it'll work. They would eventually find out and send you a message stating they have suspicions that this account is linked to the other account. Then they'll ask you to verify that it's different.

I dont think this will work because they have your IP noted, I say that you should change your IP address (Google on how to do it) You will then have a different one and you will be a different person for them.

You can sign up for eBay again, and you won't get banned.

But, make sure you sign up with an different email address.
