First of what is the max level in GTA Online? Also what is the highest rank anyone has achieved so far?

Saw this dude just now.. he is rank 986 .. the game started acting really strange when he joined.

The only remaining way of killing each other is now by driving over a person.. shooting and explosions don't work.

Also i got in his car as a passenger and then suddenly we were glitched underneath the map, but still able to drive...

I'm assuming this is on playstation due to the "-"'s in his name. There are already people modding their level on PSN.

I have a modded file that multiplies my money and RP by 10,000.

I was able to reach rank 1000 in 30 minutes by robbing stores.
And I have over 2 billion dollars.

Edit: My modded file has removed the "Bad Sport" timer so I will never be a bad sport.
