Steps:
Step 1- Click Start , Go to Online, Then click on options and make sure your spawn location is on LAST LOCATION

Step 2- Go on the internet on your phone and go buy the $15,000 motorcycle(Pegassi Bati 801)

Step 3- go to los santos Customs and Upgrade the motorcycle as high as you can

Step 4 - once done upgrading leave Los Santos Customs and Go Back inside

Step 5- When you are in los santos customs , Go to Sell

Step 6 - Once You click Sell , it should say "are you sure you want to sell Etc etc" Then you click "A" Again

Step- 7 Once it Says Sold , You Press Start , Go to Online , And Click on "Swap Character"

Step 8- then it should take you above the clouds and it should let you choose a character and thats when you just select on your character. Note: " You do not need a extra character to do this"

step 9 - You should spawn near Los Santos customs and you just repeat steps 5-8
