The Hex code will be kept in the Vehicle.img correct? If so I will be able to retrive it easily but I haven't explored GTAV's files like I have GTAIV are they similar or Do they still consist of Common, PC folders ect??

I don't think anyone does yet or else they would be spreading. It's basically going to be up to the ISO modders to see if they can get them in there or not. There seems to be not many of them here though or if at all.
