everyone is duping the space docker and other cars lately so i was wondering if theres any change you can get in trouble for having one.
do you think rockstar will do anything to the cars or the people who own them or are we safe to use them?

If you can get the car in game, then they will not pursue you in a sense of getting you in trouble.
However, glitching around by dupping them and making more would then go against the games Terms and Conditions. Which they then may ban you. But if you obtained it in, say, a mission by putting it in your garage you're 100% safe.
